Country Wedding at Isola Farms – Heather and Owen
How did you two meet and/or what was your proposal story?
From Bride, Heather: Well my husband and I met at our workplace and we hit it off at a Cinco de Mayo party. I didn’t like him at first. I thought he was mean. Then I really got to know him and he was the sweetest most gentle man I’ve ever met. Our proposal could be something written in a love story. He took me horseback riding and at one point we stopped to take pictures with the horses and he had me read 1 Corinthians 13 4-8, next thing I knew he was on one knee asking me to marry him and be with him for the rest of our lives.
Advice from Heather, the bride:
What advice would you give other couples about the wedding planning process?
Take your time and make sure you are happy with your decisions. Don’t let people tell you that this may look better. If you like it go for it. At the end of the day, it’s your special day.
Is there any advice that you would give engaged couples about married life?
It’s amazing! You need to trust each other wholeheartedly and have great communication skills with each other and I’m sure your relationship will last a very long time.
