Stefanie and Joel met while attending high school, but their story didn’t end there. Although they lost touch for a while after graduation, they reconnected on social media two years later. From their first date on, they became inseparable!
The couple loved the grandeur of the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in ChampionsGate, Florida for their wedding day. The newly added ballroom is gorgeous and sits at the end of the convention center. Large french doors on the outer walls allow guests to use the patio and outdoor fire pits and still be close to the party inside! The Omni is also dog-friendly for weddings, which was important to Stephanie and Joel as their fur baby, Riley, was a part of their big day. The happy couple made their wedding day their very own with tons of unique details. Stephanie and her bridesmaids all wore matching Kate Spade tennis shoes under their gowns. Speaking of their bridesmaids, check out their style! They each wore slitted floor-length skirts over sequined mini dresses. Stephanie herself was a bombshell in a striped Hayley Paige gown, and Joel and his men all rocked silly socks along with their suits.
After the ceremony and some fun portraits with Riley, it was off to the reception to celebrate on the dance floor. Blue uplighting added colorful highlights to the ballroom, and gold confetti poppers took the party to the next level! A naked cake topped with fresh berries was the perfect finish to a delicious meal. With so many happy moments and special details, Stefanie and Joel’s wedding day was certainly one to remember!
