Sweet Elopement at Rockledge Gardens

Misti and Blake met through mutual friends, but the timing wasn’t right for them just yet. After some time growing separately, they finally began their relationship, and it was fireworks! Misti and Blake had only been engaged for two months before they decided they couldn’t wait any longer to become husband and wife. They chose Rockledge Gardens in Rockledge, Florida, a local garden supply store turned wedding venue, for their intimate elopement. Their date was set for just three weeks later!

The wedding in the greenhouse was short and sweet. Misti held a bouquet of brightly colored flowers and succulents as she walked down the aisle with her two sons. She and Blake incorporated a tree-planting ritual into their ceremony – how fitting for a garden wedding! After the “I Do’s” were done, they enjoyed a few macarons with immediate family. Misti changed into a beautiful teal gown, and she and Blake posed for portraits in places meaningful to them. The next stop of the day was the tattoo parlor, where Misti and Blake sealed the deal with tattoo rings. Hers reads “I love you” and his reads “I know.” What a fun, unique way to celebrate your love on your wedding day! They ended the day with a few “elopement announcement” photos to share with friends and family.
